Often times patience are seen by clinicians and providers outside of our own health system. Our EMR has a hard time reconciling medications which prolongs previsit planning and visit encounter time. If there was a way to quickly access information outside of the hospital system, it could improve efficiency of the current encounter and patient care in general.

My patient has heart failure and has recently been seen by cardiologist that is not in our system. Their guideline director medical therapy has been changed. Give me a overview of what medications have been prescribed in the last 24 months.
